About Us - Bella Rose Academy Child Development Center

At Bella Rose Academy, we strive to:

Provide a schedule that will allow freedom of individual choice and be well-balanced in rest, activity, and quiet play

Provide curriculum building upon what children already know and are able to do to enable them to connect new concepts and skills

Provide units or themes of interest in integrating and teaching across all areas of the core curriculum

Provide a literacy-rich environment arranged in learning centers or learning areas. Each center will have a variety of activities for the children.

Marva Dinwiddie

She is a believer, wife, and mother of 3 wonderful children. She has been in early childhood education for 21 years as a teacher, assistant director, and owner/director. She received her degree in child development and continues ongoing education classes and training yearly. She has a passion for making learning fun and exciting for the children in her center and also offering a warm, fun, and creative environment for families and teachers.

Meet Our Teachers

Alasha Crawford

Hi, my name is Alasha Crawford. I am the Assistant Director and I have been with Bella Rose for 13 years. I have a Certificate of Mastery, Oklahoma Directors credential, and I am currently taking classes to complete my Associates degree in child development. My hobbies include crafting and recreating items. I also love to travel, shop, and spend time making memories with my fur baby Penelope and my family.

Stephanie Burnett

My name is Stephanie Burnett. I have worked in Childcare for a little over 20 years. 14 of those years with Bella Rose Academy. I have a Certificate of Mastery in Early Childhood Education and continue taking 40 plus hours in yearly trainings. I am very passionate about teaching and molding young minds. Every child who is in our center is family and I love each one like my own. I have been married for 20 years and have 3 great children. Ages 22, 18 and 15. I have a love for the lake life and spending all my time with my family and my “human dog” Bear. I absolutely love life! God bless!!

Shelby Hudson

Hello my name is Shelby Hudson, I am a mom of two boys and I have been working for Bella Rose Academy for 5 years. I have worked in childcare for 13 years. I love working for Bella Rose because I feel at home with my co-teachers. I love working with children and want to be the teacher my former students want to come back and visit because I made such a huge impact on their life. I enjoy the daily surprises that children bring to the atmosphere and look forward to many more years with them.

Brooklyn Schultz

Hello I’m Brooklyn Schultz and I have been with Bella Rose for almost 2 years. I enjoy using creative activities in the classroom that engage the children to help them learn. I love arts and crafts and reading. I plan to enroll at the University of Central Oklahoma and get my bachelors degree to become an English teacher!

Velma Davis

Hello! My name is Velma Davis. This is my first year at Bella Rose Academy. I am a Pre-K Master Teacher. I’ve been working with childre for 36 years in Ok. My whole life I was basically born into it, teaching is my passion. Personally I am married and have 3 wonderful children 42, 40, and 25. I also have 3 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. My hobbies are shopping and art also love spending time with my friends and family. I am truly blessed to be doing what I love and that learning childrens hearts and minds.

Jaclyn Wilson

My name is Jaclyn Wilson. I am married and the mother of two sons. I recently received my Certificate of Mastery and currently taking classes to complete my Associate of Applied Science in Child Development. I have a passion for reading & believe in helping children build a strong foundation in language & literacy.
